Assistant Head of School Message
Dear Students and Families,
With great enthusiasm and pleasure, I introduce myself to you as the Assistant Head of School for Academia Moderna Charter School. I am honored to be in this position and am looking forward to assisting Ms. Evans and the rest of our team in making this a great school year.
I started my career in Education as an after school educator 2014. I then pursued my teaching credential and became a credentialed teacher in 2015, having taught 5th grade, 2nd grade, Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten. In each of my roles, I have sought to ensure the success of each student and the school by providing the best instructional and extracurricular opportunities and support possible. Most recently I have joined the Alta Public Schools team in 2023. Similarly, it is my number one priority at Academia Moderna to ensure every student's safety and that all students receive the most well-rounded education possible.
